On top of the fact that they charge a ridiculously expensive shipping rate. They take forever to ship and when they do, they use the slowes, most unreliable third party shipping company. I ordered an in stock item a month ago and only half of my order is finally moving and the other one is still in California. Neither part of my order has been handed to USPS for delivery.
Their "customer service" is equally inefficient and slow and good luck getting someone answering your emails.
Never buying from them again and neither should you.
Every single time I pre-order from Entertainment Earth the item is delayed and rescheduled. Sometimes even multiple times. I really never trust in pre-ordering from them anymore if I can find items at better sites.

i have recently bought masters of the universe figures from them, havent bought anything from this company in years but since the toys are almost non existent in stores this and bigbadtoystore are the only places to get them. i put in several large orders through them, they will only ship out one figure out of a large order and charge you a hefty shipping like freaking 40 dollars to ship out one figure and they will never ship out the rest of your order. im going to the better business bureau and file a complaint against this scam company.
First time with the store and an awful experience. I preordered and the store charged me 1.25 USD any time and cancelled the same order 4 times before contacting me. Not recommended.
I received a damaged Funko pop of Sub Zero. I called up Entertainment Earth to report my issue and spoke with representative Donald. Let me tell you, “Outstanding/Excellent” customer service. THANK YOU DONALD!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've ordered 2-3 times from EE and every time there was a delay in shipping. As a matter of fact I'm still waiting on 5 items I ordered back in October of 2020. One item in particular said it would ship in February 2021, then March, then May, etc. and now it's not expected till August of 2021. In the meantime I've found 4 of the 5 items elsewhere. Overall I'm not impressed and likely will not order from here again.
Donald has amazing customer service skills, always going the extra mile to make our experience great.
update 4/23/21
I recieved my order and I was charged an additional $15 in fed ex fees that I did not select myself. This has not been addressed or rectified. Please make this right. I'm very upset.
This review is in regards to the most polite, friendly and helpful individual I've ever had pleasure of speaking with. Customer service wizard Donald Tapia went above and beyond in every facet to assist me today with all of my concerns and inquires on existing Star Wars Vintage Collection figure orders in a coherent quick matter as well as providing quicker shipping information!
I can truly say dealing with Entertainment Earth for my Collectables has been great.
I appreciate they don’t over commit pre order items, which makes me comfortable I will get the products as expected.
I constantly get great customer service from Donald T. He always has the right solution to my concerns.
I can say the current shipping methods/partners needs improvement.

I placed an order for a Ahsoka Tano Rebel black figure, with process and shipping this $21 figure came out closer to $40. After getting confirmation that it had arrived, I thought it strange since it was back ordered. So seeing my mailbox and opening the package wonder why it was small for a black figure I find that it is Ahsoka but they sent me a Funko pop. I immediately emailed *******@entainment to get a we will reach out to you in 5 business days. The sad part is that now we are heading into April and I have not heard from them. I called their helpline at 8:50am only to be placed on hold for over 11 minutes to the say leave a voicemail. Thinking maybe to get a call say 10,11, or even 12 I get a call at 5:15pm and ended up missing the call to again go through and wait again after 5 minutes I had enough. I had many other pre-orders with them and after this frustration I decided to cancel all my preorders. I get the Covid thing but answering an email shouldn't take that long and letting it go now close to a month is out right ridiculous. I will not be ordering from them again moving forward.

Usually the a rep says how can I help... That's so unfortunate but, sorry I cannot help you with that.
Ya man Don was on point and made the call very enjoyable. What do I mean by that, well let me explain.
He started off the call as per a standard opening and got my info and then apologized for the inconvenience this put me through (I'm thinking the only inconvenience was having to call and get this taken care of). He then went on to ask how I was doing and stated to make the call more personable... EVER employee in customer service should do this. He then went on to making the conversation about a related topic to me and himself (Not the norm... But should be). in the mists of our conversation, he got all the information to take care of my issue and then went through a gambit of things to help ensure that it doesn't happen again... That's how it should be done!!! Giving that reassurance that this time things will be better and thats what the company strives for... to be better. Outstanding!!! he was kind, courteous, polite, well mannered, knowledgeable, timely, efficient, and overall made me feel as if it was his fault and was doing everything to fix it... even though I know it wasn't. Well played Don!! Donald is exactly how you want your reps to act towards customers. every employee can learn from this man and SHOULD LEARN FOR HIM!. he set the bar high... I feel bad if I have to talk with anyone else and they cannot uphold a standard that Don made.
He should be in charge of training or hold a leader/supervisor/manager role.
All in all very happy with my support!

I always appreciate how helpful and great entertainment earths customers are with me over the phone. They always help me out and resolve my issue. I love entertainment earth and the funko pops they sell. I also appreciate Donald Tapia being a great sales rep!

They don't care. Just about pocketing the majority of the shipping and sending to you the cheapest way possible. They even do this their wholesale customers too, but worse.

Because they are dishonest and they like to compete with there wholesale customer on the retail side. They also like to make money on shipping though they claim they are not. They claim to be a Hasbro's main wholesale company. I have under good authority that is about to change because of complaints from many wholesale customers directly to Hasbro. Hasbro actually cares about there product and EE is running there name into the ground.
